To rapidly mobilize a half-dozen crews from across Canada within 3 weeks to build a fiber backbone for a client’s FTTH project connecting a number of suburban and rural New Brunswick communities.

Challenge / Roadblock

Build 182 kilometers of fiber backbone with just 3 weeks lead-time, using out-of-province resources exclusively because all local resources are provisioned for post-Hurricane Fiona clean-up and repairs.

SOLUTION
