Project Objective

To rapidly mobilize a half-dozen crews from across Canada within 3 weeks to build a fiber backbone for a client’s FTTH project connecting a number of suburban and rural New Brunswick communities.

Challenge / Roadblock

Build 182 kilometers of fiber backbone with just 3 weeks lead-time, using out-of-province resources exclusively because all local resources are provisioned for post-Hurricane Fiona clean-up and repairs.

SOLUTION

Vytal quickly mobilized 6 crews from different provinces to create a 32-person onsite team, with a 6 person back office support team operating across 3 timezones, working 17 hours a day to get the job done.
